Will LeBlanc and Greer meet in person before Apr 1, 2027?

If Dominic LeBlanc and Jamieson Greer meet in person after Issuance and before Apr 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. An in-person meeting requires both people to be physically present in the same location and directly communicate or interact. A bilateral, pull-aside, sideline, informal, or multilateral encounter qualifies if direct interaction is documented. Mere co-attendance, proximity without interaction, an intermediary, a letter, a phone or video call, a prerecorded appearance, or a scheduled-but-cancelled meeting does NOT qualify.
