Resolution rules
If Dominic LeBlanc and Jamieson Greer meet in person after Issuance and before Nov 1, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. An in-person meeting requires both people to be physically present in the same location and directly communicate or interact. A bilateral, pull-aside, sideline, informal, or multilateral encounter qualifies if direct interaction is documented. Mere co-attendance, proximity without interaction, an intermediary, a letter, a phone or video call, a prerecorded appearance, or a scheduled-but-cancelled meeting does NOT qualify.
