Resolution rules
If the number of the 2026 U.S. Senate general elections in Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas won by a Republican candidate is at least 5 at the November 3, 2026 general election, then the market resolves to Yes. The six races are the 2026 U.S. Senate general elections in Alaska, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Ohio (the special election for the seat formerly held by JD Vance), and Texas, as fixed at Issuance. A race counts if it is won by the Republican Party's nominee or, in Alaska, by the candidate whose ballot party designation is Republican. A candidate who wins as an independent, or under a fusion, minor-party, or write-in line without being the Republican Party's own candidate, does NOT count. If a runoff is required to determine the winner of any race, the runoff result governs. In Alaska, the winner after ranked-choice tabulation governs.
