Resolution rules

If St. Louis wins the Pro Hockey game between St. Louis and Boston originally scheduled for October 29, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET, this market will resolve to Yes. Otherwise, it will resolve to No. The Underlying is the official result of the specified sporting event. Source Agencies, in order, are the league governing the event (NHL), ESPN, Fox Sports, and the broadcast partner of the event. If the Expiration Value cannot be determined on the Expiration Date (including because the event is cancelled or a team forfeits, withdraws, or is disqualified), the Exchange may determine payouts pursuant to the Market Outcome Review Process. Comparable, not identical. Kalshi and Gemini use different settlement sources and different resolution timestamps, and Novig states its own fair-market-value/void rule. These differences affect payout mechanics, not the underlying question asked.
