Will at least 118,000,000 votes, including blank and null votes, be cast in the first round of Brazil's 2026 presidential election?

If at least 118,000,000 valid, blank and null votes, in combination are cast in the first round of the 2026 Brazilian presidential election, then the market resolves to Yes. The count is the total of voters who voted (comparecimento) in the presidential contest of the first round of Brazil’s 2026 general election, as reported by the Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), including those who cast blank or null votes. Registered voters, abstentions, justified absences and ballots in other contests do not count. Subject to the contract’s Fully-Conducted Elections and Accelerated Resolution Upon Designated Media Source Declarations provisions, the vote count refers to the officially certified results from the relevant election authority. Provisional, absentee, early, mail-in, or electronic ballots are included only if reflected in the official certification. The contract resolves based on officially certified results regardless of ongoing appeals. Outside those two contract provisions, preliminary counts, exit polls, projections, or uncertified results do not qualify.
