Resolution rules
If the number of statewide races won by Democratic Party nominees in Texas is at least 12 at the November 3, 2026 general election, then the market resolves to Yes. The 18 races counted are: U.S. Senator; Governor; Lieutenant Governor; Attorney General; Comptroller of Public Accounts; Commissioner, General Land Office; Commissioner, Agriculture; Railroad Commissioner; Chief Justice, Supreme Court; Justice, Supreme Court, Place 2 (unexpired term); Justice, Supreme Court, Place 7; Justice, Supreme Court, Place 8; Judge, Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 3; Judge, Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 4; Judge, Court of Criminal Appeals, Place 9; Chief Justice, Fifteenth Court of Appeals; Justice, Fifteenth Court of Appeals, Place 2; and Justice, Fifteenth Court of Appeals, Place 3.
