If legislation that prohibits ICE agents conducting immigration enforcement operations from wearing facial coverings, with limited exceptions has become law after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. An example of this is H.R. 4004 (119th) — No Anonymity in Immigration Enforcement Act of 2025.
