If Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority reports that RDU’s total passenger traffic for calendar year 2026 is above 15.75 million, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is RDU’s official Passengers by Year → Total figure for 2026. Total passengers consist of enplaned plus deplaned passengers as reported by the Airport Authority.
