Resolution rules

If Temporary Protected Status for Ukraine ends before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. This includes both the United States deciding to terminate TPS designation and the United States allowing TPS designation to lapse or expire. Ukrainian TPS holders keeping their protection after Oct 19, 2026 while a DHS decision is pending, including through an automatic extension under 8 U.S.C. 1254a(b)(3)(C), does not count as TPS ending.
