Resolution rules
If Donald Trump has sent at least 20 nominations to the U.S. Senate from Oct 18, 2026 through Oct 24, 2026 (as checked on the “Presidential Actions” page at whitehouse.gov at 10:00 AM ET on Oct 25, 2026), then the market resolves to Yes. How this is resolved The market solely resolves to the publication dates visibly displayed on the "Presidential Actions" tab at whitehouse.gov at 10:00 AM ET on Oct 25, 2026. The week runs from Oct 18, 2026 through Oct 24, 2026. Payout criteria If a person receives multiple qualifying nominations within the period, they will each count separately. For example, Trump's March 4 nomination of Kevin Warsh is considered two nominations.
