Comparable, not identical. The venues differ on settlement timing and source/backup rules: Kalshi uses its own fair-price rule if the game is cancelled or not started within 48 hours, while Gemini cites a source hierarchy and market outcome review process. These are material only to resolution mechanics, not to the question asked.

  • Dallas vs Chicago: spread: Chicago (-2.5)

This market resolves to Yes if the score differential recorded in favor of Chicago in the entire NHL game between Dallas and Chicago scheduled for 2026-10-17 at 6:00 p.m. CT is above 2.5. Otherwise, it resolves to No. The Underlying is the score differential (Chicago's score minus Dallas's score) for the specified game. Source Agencies, in order, are the league governing the event (NHL), ESPN, Fox Sports, and the official broadcast partner of the event. If the Expiration Value cannot be determined on the Expiration Date (including because the event is cancelled or a team forfeits, withdraws, or is disqualified), the Exchange may determine payouts pursuant to the Market Outcome Review Process.
