Resolution rules
If Donald Trump has sent at least 10 nominations to the U.S. Senate from Oct 11, 2026 through Oct 17, 2026 (as checked on the “Presidential Actions” page at whitehouse.gov at 10:00 AM ET on Oct 18, 2026), then the market resolves to Yes. How this is resolved The market solely resolves to the publication dates visibly displayed on the "Presidential Actions" tab at whitehouse.gov at 10:00 AM ET on Oct 18, 2026. The week runs from Oct 11, 2026 through Oct 17, 2026. Payout criteria If a person receives multiple qualifying nominations within the period, they will each count separately. For example, Trump's March 4 nomination of Kevin Warsh is considered two nominations.
