Resolution rules
If Question 3 passes in Alberta, then the market resolves to Yes. A question "passes" when a majority of the ballots validly cast on that question vote "Yes", as shown in the official results published by Elections Alberta. This applies whether or not the result is binding on the Government of Alberta. Question numbers refer to the numbered ballots in Alberta's October 19, 2026 referendum, as listed by Elections Alberta. This market may resolve early once a consensus of designated media sources has declared a winner. See full rules for details.
