Resolution rules
If the Philadelphia Pro Basketball team has the best winning percentage from the beginning of the 2026-27 Pro Basketball regular season to the All-Star break starting on Feb 19, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. Only regular season games count. Preseason, playoffs (including the Play-In Tournament), the All-Star Game, and the NBA Cup Championship game are excluded. NBA Cup games before the Championship game are part of the regular season. If multiple teams are tied for the best winning percentage at the start of the All-Star break, “Yes” positions will pay $1/N (rounded down to the nearest cent), where N is the number of tied teams, and “No” positions will pay 1 minus the "Yes" payout.
