Resolution rules
If the number of articles of impeachment against Donald Trump that the U.S. House of Representatives adopts is at least 4 during his second term as President, then the market resolves to Yes. Each article of impeachment against Donald Trump that the House of Representatives adopts counts as one, whether it is adopted alone, together with other articles in one resolution, or in a separate impeachment. Does NOT count: An article that is introduced, referred to committee, tabled or otherwise not adopted by the House Donald Trump must be in office as President when the article is adopted.
