If Adam Hamilton attends an in-person rally with Barack Obama after Issuance and before Nov 3, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. Both Barack Obama and the named candidate must be physically present at the same rally; virtual or recorded appearances, such as video messages or ads, do not qualify.
