Resolution rules
If the first price announced for Tesla Roadster (second generation) by Tesla, Inc. is at least $300000, then the market resolves to Yes. The product is the base model of the next-generation Tesla Roadster. The qualifying price is the first U.S. MSRP announced by Tesla after market listing, before tax and without discounts or promotions. Reservation deposits are not the MSRP. The contract’s source hierarchy and contingency provisions apply.
