Resolution rules
The 2026 midterm elections are scheduled to be held on November 3, 2026. This market will settle to Yes if the Republican Party wins the greatest share of women voters, amongst all parties, in the 2026 midterm elections according to exit polling provided by CNN. Outcome sourced from CNN. This market settles based on CNN's national exit polling for the U.S. House of Representatives, as viewed on the applicable cnn.com webpage at 12:00 PM ET on November 6, 2026. If more than one party has the same greatest share, each tied party's market will settle at $1.00 divided by the number of tied parties, rounded down to the nearest tick. If CNN is unavailable or does not display the relevant data at 12:00 PM ET on November 6, 2026, this market will settle based on the first Exit Poll Values CNN displays in the 24 hours immediately following that time. If CNN does not display the relevant data within those 24 hours, this market will settle based on the Exit Poll Values displayed by CBS News exactly 24 hours after that time (12:00 PM ET on November 7, 2026). If CBS News is unavailable or does not display the relevant data at that time, this market will settle based on the first Exit Poll Values CBS News displays within the following 12 hours. If CBS News does not display the relevant data in those 12 hours, this market will settle based on the Exit Poll Values displayed by ABC News exactly 36 hours after the original time (12:00 AM ET on November 8, 2026). If the relevant data cannot be accessed from any of these sources in this way, this market will settle at last fair market prices.
