Resolution rules

This market will settle to Yes if Florida Amendment 3, also referred to as "Save Our Homes from Excessive Property Taxes" is approved by the numerical threshold of voters in Florida required for it to pass at the 2026 midterm elections. Outcome sourced from the government of Florida. The current numerical threshold of voters required for passage of this amendment in Florida is a 60% supermajority.
