After the calendar month has ended and the monthly figure is available, the market resolves to Yes if the reported total is strictly greater than 35 inches, and to No if it is equal to or below that threshold. Use the initial non-preliminary reported value, subject to the contract's material-error, correction, expiration, and market-outcome-review provisions. The latest expiration is 10:00 AM ET one week after the final day of the calendar month. If the monthly figure is unavailable at that deadline, apply the contract's data-unavailability and contingency provisions. The existing settlement timer applies.
