Resolution rules
If the number of data centers listed by Data Center Map in Texas at the end of December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET is at least 540, then the market resolves to Yes. The Measurement Time is December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET. The whole-number summary count displayed on the Data Center Map directory page for Texas at that time governs the outcome. Subsequent changes to the displayed count do not change that measurement. Refer to the contract terms for contingencies and the full trading prohibitions.
