Resolution rules

If the value of S&P 500 is above $7689.84 at 4:00 PM ET on September 30, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. This is an Up/Down market: it resolves Yes if the applicable index finishes higher than the numeric reference level displayed in the primary rules, and No if it finishes flat or lower. The reference level is an index value captured around the start of the hour to allow the market to be listed in advance; the displayed numeric reference level is the value used for settlement. If no data is available for the period by expiration, the market resolves No.
