Will at least 10 Democrats vote for the Protect College Sports Act in the Senate?

If at least 10 Democrats vote for the Protect College Sports Act in the Senate after Issuance and before Oct 1, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. The specified vote is the first final-passage vote on S. 4668, as amended, in the Senate. Where S. 4668, the Protect College Sports Act of 2026 is subject to more than one vote of the type specified by the Exchange (e.g., multiple final passage votes on different versions of S. 4668, the Protect College Sports Act of 2026, or a failed vote followed by a subsequent successful vote) during the specified period, the vote counted shall be the first such vote to occur within the specified period, unless otherwise specified by the Exchange. Unless otherwise specified, Contracts shall expire once an initial vote on final passage occurs. Independents who formally caucus with a party are considered members of that party. Votes recorded as "present," "abstain," "not voting," or any other designation that is not an affirmative or negative vote do not count as either "Yea" or "Nay" for purposes of this Contract. If a member's vote is changed prior to the official closing of the vote, only the member's final recorded vote is counted. Votes formally withdrawn or corrected by the U.S. Senate after the vote is closed, but prior to Expiration, pursuant to the U.S. Senate's own rules, will be accounted for. If the Protect College Sports Act passes by voice vote, unanimous consent, or another mechanism without individual votes officially recorded by the U.S. Senate, the vote count is treated as the total number of members of the Democratic Party. If the specified vote does not occur during the specified period, the vote count is zero.
