Resolution rules
In the upcoming college football game between West Virginia and Oklahoma State, scheduled for September 26 at 7:00 PM ET: This market will resolve to "Over" if West Virginia record 24 or more first downs in this game. This market will resolve to "Under" if West Virginia record fewer than 24 first downs. If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve 50-50.
