Resolution rules
If the “Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR)” value in the U.S. Petroleum Balance Sheet for the week ending September 25, 2026 is above 279 million barrels, then the market resolves to Yes. This market resolves based on the Weekly Petroleum Status Report for the relevant week, released on Wednesday morning following the stated week-ending date, using the value on Table 1 of the U.S. Petroleum Balance Sheet, row “Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR)”, under the Current Week column.
