The governing value is the Average figure SMM publishes for the assessment dated 5:00 PM ET on Oct 30, 2026, which is the midpoint of SMM's assessed High and Low for that day; the High and Low do not themselves govern. The price is taken in USD per tonne exactly as published by SMM, with no conversion or adjustment by Kalshi. SMM publishes on Chinese business days; if no assessment is published for the specified date, the COMMODITIES rules on missing and delayed publications apply.
