Clavicular convicted of rape?

Braden Peters, known online as Clavicular, was charged on September 8, 2026 in Massachusetts with one count each of rape, drugging a person for sex, and furnishing alcohol to a minor, in connection with an alleged incident on May 23, 2025. His arraignment is scheduled for October 14, 2026. This market will resolve to “Yes” if Clavicular is convicted of rape in this prosecution by June 30, 2028, 11:59 PM ET, whether by a verdict of the court or by a plea agreement, accepted by the court, in which he pleads guilty to or admits the offense of rape. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. A conviction on the rape charge, or on any amended or substituted charge that is itself a form of rape under the charging statute, including aggravated rape or statutory rape, will qualify. A conviction solely on other charges, including drugging a person for sex, furnishing alcohol to a minor, indecent assault and battery, or any other offence that is not a form of rape, will not qualify. If the rape charge is dismissed, withdrawn, or ended by a pardon or other clemency before a verdict, or the case is resolved by a plea agreement in which he does not plead guilty to or admit a qualifying offence, this market will resolve to “No”. If no verdict has been rendered by June 30, 2028, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “No”. This market will resolve according to the initial judgment rendered in this case. Sentencing and any appeals will have no bearing on the resolution of this market. The primary resolution source will be an official judgment delivered by the ruling court; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
