Resolution rules

### **Market Dates:** - **Market Period:** From the publication date until December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. - **Market Close:** December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (4:59 AM UTC, January 1, 2027). - **Resolution Deadline:** This market will resolve once results are confirmed via official company announcements or a consensus of credible news reporting following the close of the period. Individual outcomes may resolve early if the corresponding company completes its IPO before the market close date. ### **Resolution Criteria:** - Each outcome resolves to “**Yes**” if the corresponding company completes an Initial Public Offering (IPO) — the first sale of its stock to the public on any recognized stock exchange — by December 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET. - Each outcome resolves to “**No**” if the corresponding company has not completed an IPO by that deadline. - If a listed company merges with another entity, is acquired, or otherwise ceases to exist as an independent entity capable of conducting an IPO before the market resolves, that outcome will resolve to “No”. Transactions in which the company continues as a parent or successor entity will not alone trigger a “No” resolution. ### **Cancellation Conditions:** - An individual outcome will be cancelled if the underlying company ceases to be capable of an independent IPO due to a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or dissolution, and no clear successor entity exists. - If a definitive outcome cannot be determined by the resolution deadline due to conflicting or unavailable reporting. If a market is cancelled, participants may claim their stakes at the market value of their open positions at the time of cancellation, which could result in a profit or a loss depending on the price of their outstanding shares.

Comparable, not identical. Myriad cites Nasdaq as a resolution source and permits cancellation in certain cases of incapacity or indeterminate reporting; Polymarket cites consensus credible reporting and resolves such cessation cases to No. These are resolution-rule differences, not differences in the underlying question.
