Resolution rules
If the Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that the CPI-U for Owners' equivalent rent of residences, U.S. city average, not seasonally adjusted, for September 2026 is above 444.3, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is the index level reported by BLS for series CUUR0000SEHC, not the month-over-month or year-over-year percent change. Only the first applicable official release for September 2026 will be used. Subsequent revisions will not affect resolution.
