If the average U.S. price of a Burger King Double Whopper for September 2026 is at least $8.08, then the market resolves to Yes. For purposes of this market, the “average U.S. price of a Burger King Double Whopper” means the first September 2026 value reported by Spice Data for “Burger King Double Whopper Price” / “Price (USD)”. Corrections or revisions made after settlement will not affect the outcome. This market and these products have not been endorsed by Burger King Company LLC or its affiliates.
