Resolution rules
his market resolves to YES if in the lawsuit filed by the Terraform Labs liquidation administrator against Jane Street (U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, filed February 2026), the court enters an order that denies, in whole or in part, any defendant’s motion to dismiss the operative complaint. This market resolves to NO if the court grants a motion to dismiss that disposes of all claims in the operative complaint with prejudice. Edge Case: This market resolves to NO if the case is otherwise finally terminated without any qualifying denial (including voluntary dismissal/settlement). This market resolves to NO if the deadline below passes without a qualifying denial. If all claims are dismissed without prejudice and an amended complaint is filed, the market resolves YES only if a later motion to dismiss the amended complaint is denied in whole or in part before the deadline; otherwise NO. Deadline: 2027-12-31 23:59 (New York time). If no qualifying court order exists on the docket by this time, resolve NO. Primary resolution source: the official SDNY docket entry (PACER/ECF) for the relevant order. If inaccessible, a publicly mirrored docket/order (e.g., RECAP/CourtListener) is acceptable; reputable legal-news reporting that quotes the docket/order may be used as a last resort.
