Resolution rules
If Hung Cao is the first person confirmed as Secretary of the Navy before Nov 21, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. Hung Cao must be the first person confirmed by the U.S. Senate as Secretary of the Navy before the applicable date. Serving as Acting Secretary, a presidential announcement of intent, formal nomination, committee hearing or report, cloture, or a scheduled vote does NOT constitute confirmation. If his nomination is withdrawn before a deadline, that market immediately resolves to No.
