Resolution rules

If xAI releases Video Game to the public before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes. Video Game: For the purposes of this contract, a video game is defined as an interactive digital experience in which a user provides input that directly influences on-screen or in-environment outcomes rendered by a computer, console, or equivalent digital device. This includes, but is not limited to: Console games (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo) PC games (including downloadable or cloud-based experiences) Mobile games (apps available on iOS, Android, or equivalent platforms) Browser-based games playable via standard web browsers Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) experiences that meet the interactivity requirement.
