If the highest publicly reported auction sale price of any Jean-Michel Basquiat artwork sold at public auction in 2026 is above $110.5M, then the market resolves to Yes. “Sale Price” refers to the final publicly reported realized price of the artwork, including buyer’s premium and auction fees, as reported by the relevant Source Agency. This market and these products have not been endorsed by Sotheby’s.
