If Joe Rogan performs as correspondent in 60 Minutes, then the market resolves to Yes. For the purposes of this Contract, Joe Rogan satisfies the Payout Criterion if either: Official Announcement: Joe Rogan is officially announced, confirmed, or publicly credited as cast to perform correspondent in 60 Minutes, regardless of whether the performance ultimately occurs; OR Actual Performance: Joe Rogan appears on stage, on screen, or in recorded content as correspondent in any official performance, showing, or release of 60 Minutes. Additional clarification(s): If 60 Minutes is entirely cancelled or abandoned before any official performance or release occurs, but Joe Rogan was officially announced in correspondent, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.” If multiple people are announced for correspondent (e.g., alternating cast, dual casting), and Joe Rogan is among them, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.” b The Contract may resolve to “No” prior to the Expiration Date if: (a) 60 Minutes is cancelled or completes its run without Joe Rogan being announced or performing in correspondent, or (b) another person is officially announced as the sole exclusive performer for correspondent.
