Resolution rules
If any person is nominated to be a member of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors after Issuance and before Oct 1, 2027. then the market resolves to Yes. Official announcements made by the President of a nomination shall satisfy the Payout Criterion, even if they are not yet sent to the Senate.
