Resolution rules
If the Portland Pro Basketball team has the worst regular season record in the league in the 2026-27 Pro Basketball season, then the market resolves to Yes. If two or more teams are tied for the worst regular-season record based on win-loss percentage, dead-heat rules apply and each tied team’s market will resolve at 1 / N, where N is the number of tied teams.
