Resolution rules
If the first non-preliminary Wyoming's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for every month from July through December 2026 inclusive, is strictly below 3.5%, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for Wyoming, expressed as a percentage of the civilian labor force and published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics through the Local Area Unemployment Statistics program.
