If BLS reports Washington statewide seasonally adjusted employment in Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services for December 2026 is above 270,000 jobs, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is the first non-preliminary BLS estimate for December 2026. Employment is measured in thousands of jobs. Subsequent revisions will not affect resolution.
