Resolution rules

If BLS reports that New York’s annual-average employment in Financial Investments and Related Activities Including Financial Vehicles for 2026 is above 230,400 jobs, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is BLS series SMU36000005552300001, measured in thousands of jobs and not seasonally adjusted. The 230.4 thousand threshold is fixed and will not change if the 2025 value is later revised.
