If BLS reports that Kentucky private employment in Distilleries (NAICS 312140) for June 2026 is above 7,542 jobs, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is the BLS Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages data for Kentucky, private ownership, NAICS 312140 Distilleries, for June 2026. The 7,542-job threshold is fixed and will not change if the June 2025 figure is subsequently revised.
