If the the statewide average value of Iowa farmland for 2026, as reported in the 2026 Iowa State University Land Value Survey, is above $11,250/acre, then the market resolves to Yes. The Underlying is the statewide average value for land of all qualities reported in the 2026 Iowa State University Land Value Survey, expressed in dollars per acre. The survey’s statewide value reflects farmland values as of approximately November 1.
