If Democrats win 5 seats in the 2026 U.S. House of Representatives elections in Ohio, then the market resolves to Yes. Party affiliation is determined by the party under whose banner the candidate was elected, regardless of subsequent changes. This market is eligible for accelerated determination after a consensus of media organizations project the winner of every seat. See full rules for details.
