Wyoming total coal production in 2026: Will Wyoming’s total coal production for calendar year 2026 be above 200 MMst?

If Wyoming’s total coal production for calendar year 2026 is above 200 MMst, then the market resolves to Yes. Resolution will be based on Wyoming’s total coal production for calendar year 2026, as reported by the U.S. Energy Information Administration in Table 2, Coal Production by State, of the first Quarterly Coal Report containing full-year 2026 data. Production is measured in million short tons. If EIA reports production in thousand short tons, the figure will be converted to million short tons by dividing by 1,000. Subsequent revisions will not affect resolution.
