If Donald Trump publicly criticizes Flock Safety's license plate reader cameras before Oct 1, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes. This market resolves to Yes when Donald Trump, personally, makes a public statement before this market's date expressing a critical, disapproving or negative position on Flock Safety's automated license plate reader (ALPR) cameras, on Flock Safety, or on the ALPR program generally. Criticising misuse of the cameras, or objecting on privacy or civil-liberties grounds, counts. Announcing or directing a federal restriction, ban or rollback of Flock or ALPR camera programs also resolves this market to Yes, whether or not the announcement uses critical language. The following do NOT resolve this market to Yes: Neutral or undecided framing, including describing the cameras as having "pros and cons" or saying the matter is under study Statements by administration officials, surrogates or spokespeople rather than by Donald Trump personally Reposting someone else's criticism without Trump adding his own critical comment Criticism aimed only at one city's or state's individual contract, without extending to the cameras, the company or the program generally Anything said before Issuance, even if reposted or referred to afterward
