The opening calendar day is determined in Eastern Time. A name, owner, operator, or website change does not change the resort's identity. If the ski resort is decommissioned, the market resolves to No. Payout criteria Season-passholder-only access counts if it requires no additional purchase. Any number of lifts, any amount of terrain, and any operating duration count. If its terrain is split across separately operated areas, opening any portion counts. Doesn't count for payout Employee, contractor, invited-media, private-event, and separately purchased early-access or preview days do not count.
