Taiwan rate decision in December: Will the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) cut more than 12.5bps at the December Monetary Policy Meeting?

If the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) takes the action of cut more than 12.5bps at its December Monetary Policy Meeting, then the market resolves to Yes. The market resolves based on the official policy rate decision announced by the central bank. For Taiwan, only changes to the discount rate announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of China (Taiwan) count. Changes solely to the rate on refinancing of secured loans or the rate on temporary accommodations do not count. If the meeting is cancelled or delayed past the expiration date, markets for "Maintain current rate" resolve to Yes and all others resolve to No. Emergency rate changes between scheduled meetings do not affect resolution of contracts tied to scheduled meetings.
