About Predxy

Predxy helps you explore prediction-market questions, compare markets across venues and follow related news. These terms govern your use of Predxy. For questions or support, contact contact@predxy.com.

Information, not trading or advice

Predxy provides information and tools. It does not accept bets, execute trades, hold your funds or act as your broker. Market prices are signals, not guarantees of what will happen. Content, rankings, summaries and AI-assisted research are not investment, financial, legal or betting advice or a personal recommendation.

Markets and sources

Data can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Similar questions on different venues can have different rules, deadlines and settlement criteria. Read the original market and its resolution rules before making a decision. News and AI-assisted summaries may contain errors; check the linked sources. Historical performance and probabilities do not guarantee future results.

Eligibility and external venues

You must be at least 18 to create a Predxy account. Use Predxy only where lawful. Each external venue sets its own eligibility, location, account and trading rules. A visible link is not a statement that you may trade there. Do not bypass restrictions. Trading and prediction markets can involve losing all money committed; decisions and transactions with a venue are between you and that venue.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep sign-in credentials and recovery codes secure. Do not share an account to evade access controls or impersonate another person. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You can request account closure by contacting contact@predxy.com.

Acceptable use and contributions

Do not attack or disrupt the service, circumvent security or rate limits, misuse API credentials, manipulate community signals, or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing content. Respect other users and third-party rights. You retain rights in your contributions and allow Predxy to store, display and moderate them as needed to operate the service. We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal obligations.

Sources, links and referrals

Third-party content remains subject to its owners' rights and terms. Links do not mean Predxy endorses a venue or guarantees its services. Some outbound venue links may include referral identifiers and may generate compensation for Predxy. Check the venue's own terms and privacy notice before using it.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide useful, accurate information but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content. We may change features or suspend them for maintenance, security or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Predxy is not responsible for trading losses or losses caused by reliance on third-party data or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and communications

Our Privacy notice explains how account and usage information is handled. Optional newsletters and preference cookies are separate choices; accepting these terms does not subscribe you to marketing or enable optional cookies.

Changes and contact

The page shows the publication date and version. We will show an in-app notice when updated terms or privacy information are published and ask signed-in users to review them. Changes do not remove rights already acquired under applicable law. If you do not wish to accept revised terms, contact us about closing your account. Contact: contact@predxy.com.
