SNL Season 52: Musical Guests: Will GloRilla perform as musical guest in any episode of Saturday Night Live Season 52?

If GloRilla performs as musical guest in any episode of Saturday Night Live Season 52, then the market resolves to Yes. For the purposes of this Contract, GloRilla satisfies the Payout Criterion if either: Official Announcement: GloRilla is officially announced, confirmed, or publicly credited as cast to perform musical guest in any episode of Saturday Night Live Season 52, regardless of whether the performance ultimately occurs; OR Actual Performance: GloRilla appears on stage, on screen, or in recorded content as musical guest in any official performance, showing, or release of any episode of Saturday Night Live Season 52. Additional clarification(s): If any episode of Saturday Night Live Season 52 is entirely cancelled or abandoned before any official performance or release occurs, but GloRilla was officially announced in musical guest, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.” If multiple people are announced for musical guest (e.g., alternating cast, dual casting), and GloRilla is among them, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.” b The Contract may resolve to “No” prior to the Expiration Date if: (a) any episode of Saturday Night Live Season 52 is cancelled or completes its run without GloRilla being announced or performing in musical guest, or (b) another person is officially announced as the sole exclusive performer for musical guest.
