### **Market Details:** - **Market Close:** This market will close prior to the IPO of Discord, and will be adjusted to this once the date is officially announced. - **Resolution Time:** The resolution will be determined as soon as Discord’s stock has completed its first day of public trading. - **Market Target:** $20,000,000,000 (20 Billion USD). ### **Resolution Criteria:** - Resolves to “**Yes**" if the closing market cap of Discord is above the Market Target at the end of its first day of public trading. - Resolves to "**No**" if not. ### **Resolution Details:** - This market will resolve based on the official data from Nasdaq. - In case Discord doesn’t begin trading on Nasdaq, the resolution source will be adapted to the stock exchange it begins trading on instead. - Only the market capitalization of Discord at the stock market close of its first day of trading is of subject to this market. - Market capitalization refers to the product of the total outstanding shares multiplied by the closing share price on the first day the stock is traded. - In case the primary resolution source does not report on the market cap or the number of outstanding shares then official Discord communications or a media consensus of credible reporting will be used to determine the amount of outstanding shares. - If normal trading on Discord’s first trading day is disrupted (for example, due to a circuit breaker or a shortened session), the market will settle based on the official closing price from that shortened session.
